BACK TO LOCAL MEDIA

| Local media must make do with few resources and are therefore dependent on the cooperation of particularly committed individuals. There is nothing wrong with committed cooperation. However, it becomes difficult, even dangerous, for local media if they become too dependent on individuals. Whether it is in newspaper production or IT – if only one person knows their way around a certain area, this can end in disaster for the local medium. Make sure that several people in the company are trained for all work steps and in all systems or programs and can take over said tasks in an emergency (failure, termination).
